Split-level house

Our studio has taken the initiative to design a terraced house with split levels. The design for this spacious house can be realized on individual plots throughout The Netherlands.

The different floor levels allow for the creation of a living room with a height of 4,10 m. In the large kitchen area there is enough space to place a kitchen island and a family dining table.

On the upper floors five bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a bathroom and a space for the laundry have been created. The owner can choose to place the master bedroom at the front or the back of the house. Furthermore, a second bathroom or separate toilet can be included. On the second floor a large roof terrace can be added.

The front and the back facades are designed with French balconies. Additional white aluminium frames have been placed around the window frames. Clients can choose from a wide range of brick colors and corresponding window frames. Alternative facade designs and floor plans are possible.
